Project III + IV Lower Saxony

20. August 2019
In June 2018 the management received the order for another building construction project in Lower Saxony which should extend across two neighbouring sites. A connected building for senior-friendly living should be built. Unfortunately such a project wasn’t allowed at that location due to building regulations. For that reason only one of the sites should be covered with a modern residential building at first. The building permission is already given and the project is in the bidding phase. Start of construction is scheduled for Q4 2019  with completion of the building in summer 2020. The building receives an innovative energy concept including a solar plant.

In March 2019 the management received the order to cover the neighbouring site with a residential building as well. At the moment the created design is in preparation to complete the building permit. Start of this construction is expected for Q2 2020 and the completion of the building is scheduled for beginning of 2021. Of course this building will receive an innovative energy concept and a solar plant.

Project II Lower Saxony

25. June 2018
In April 2017 the management received the order for another sophisticated building construction project which includes the planing and realization of an two generation house in Lower Saxony at the river Elbe. The building permission is given and the house should be ready for occupancy mid of 2019. Instead of an roof top solar installation there will be build a solar tracker on the property. Project house boat at the river Elbe

25. June 2018
In Oktober 2017 the management received the order for a project which includes the planing and realization of a pier and a house boat located in a branch of the river Elbe in Lower Saxony. The house boat shall be office and seminar room for a fishing-school whose company philosophy is based on nature aspekts and sustainable fishing. For realization there will be involved North German dockyards for building the pier as well as a shipyard for planing and building the boat. Due to an roof top solar installation the electrical power supply on board will be autarkic. The completion of both parts is planed for Q1 2019.

Project Lower Saxony

18. January 2016
End of Q1 2015 the management took over a sophisticated and legally sensitive building construction project in north Lower Saxony, directly at the Elbe River. After an intensive project development time the drafts are now in the first approval procedure. The buildings should be ready for occupancy beginning of 2017. For discretionary reasons, project drafts and location details can’t be published on this page.

End of Q1 all open points were closed at the project in Hamburg.

 

Poject Hamburg

7. August 2014
Due to many years of experience as an architect in building construction, the management took over in autumn, 2013 the construction supervision for a sophisticated and complex building construction project in a residential area at the Elbe River in Hamburg. The building is ready for occupancy at the end of December, 2014 and receives of course also a roof top PV-installation. For discretionary reasons, project pictures and location details can’t be published at this page.
